Gail Wheeler
Real estate is my passion and I have dedicated my life not to helping you find the perfect house, but the perfect home. Over my 29 year real estate career, I have helped an eclectic mix of buyers and sellers with diverse tastes and desires. I take pride in my expertise but also in my ability to truly connect with my clients. I always take time to get to know each of you because it helps me understand what you want in your new home. I am enthusiastic, outgoing and understanding throughout the entire process; I am genuinely connecting with you because I firmly believe that will help us succeed. Your specific desires can range from characteristics of the house to location, to neighborhood, I take all of them into consideration. The front range is a beautiful area, and Denver itself is hard to beat. Whether you are moving here for the first time or simply need a change of scenery within our region, there is something for everyone here. If you love the live hustle and bustle of a vibrant downtown area, Denver is your spot, but if you love waking up to the quiet peace of a backdoor trail run, we can find you a spot near the mountains too. That’s the beauty of Denver and the surrounding area. One of my greatest joys is watching a client when they find their dream home. Their face lights up and I can’t help but feel their happiness. We’ve done it! My goal is to please prospective Coloradoans, welcoming them into our beautiful state and helping them find their new home. I have me the recognition standards every single year of my 29 year career and I take pride my high standards and excellent record with my client base. I have two degrees from the University of Oregon where I was a letterman student athlete and a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. After graduating in 1988, I returned home to begin my real estate career and I’ve never looked back. I excited to help get to know you and help you find your next home. Let’s do this! If you make a decision to move to Delightful Denver, you will love it. When I am listing a home to sell I have never had a seller moving to leave Denver. Some sellers are moving because they need a larger home; Others may be downsizing or they may just want to enjoy a different part of town. While driving around town one can see a panoply of distant mountain scenes. Driving in the mountains is one view after another: quaint settlements and luxurious ones which could have a nearby ski lift or one right in the town. The mountain streams are awe-inspiring. Some have the friendly sound of water traveling downhill from their mountain birthplace or those streams that roar because they are flowing through a riverbed where the water would like more space. Helping my clients find a home in one of our large selection of neighborhoods is to see their joy when I find what they seek in a home that meets their criteria. During my 29 year real estate career, there has never been a year that I didn't meet the recognition standards because pleasing prospective Coloradoans is my goal. I take pride in my high standards and my record of service to my client base.
